The Foundation
Recommended for first time posers. We will use this session to learn the mandatory poses & common transitions.
15 Minute Posing Session $30
The Maintenance
Do you pretty much have everything nailed down & want to make sure you don’t form any bad habits? Or looking to tweaks as you get closer to stage? This session is for you! Great for working on a specific section of your routine or working on your stage presence & flow.
30 Minute Posing Session $60
The Core
Recommended for veteran competitors booking their first session with me & for returning clients who are still mastering their poses & technique. Also a great session to work on your walk & flow of your routine.
